 The National Industrial Court, Abuja has ordered the immediate reinstatement of  Mounir Gwarzo, the suspended Director-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), back to his position. Court convicts ex-Ag NIMASA DG

Justice Mojisola Olatoregun of a Federal High Court in Lagos, Thursday, convicted Callistus Obi, a former acting Director-General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) charged with N136 million fraud. The court has, however, deferred sentencing to a later date.
